剧组到郊外的“梦魇山庄”拍戏，一场暴雨袭来，冲断了木桥，同时还冲毁了附近的一座百年墓穴，僵尸窜入山庄害人。 先后两名组员遇害，手机也失去信号，人心惶惶，相互猜忌。“梦魇山庄”被一种恐怖的气氛所笼罩。 林锐，铁杆林正英迷，认为剧组被鬼魅所惑，决定施展茅山道术捉鬼。僵尸、百年女鬼、茅山道士三方混战；僵尸混战中，竟上演了一段人鬼情未了的异样情愫。。A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success. But the experiment goes wrong, and the man transforms into monster: half-shark & half-human. But the scientist knows how to use this to his advantage...。
