Unwillingly becoming embroiled in the unfinished busine...。以奉献之心的理念为传统的有栖川学院中，樱田美梦、春日春奈、竹下美依子和白鸟胡桃四人，作为给大家带来笑容的服务之一，以DJ团体“Lyrical Lily”为形式的活动得到了认可。有一天，春奈受商工会的邀请，从新年开始承担一项为期一年的地区振兴活动。在担心依靠她们自己的力量能否做好活动之时，她脑海中浮现的是第一次登台演出成功举办时的大家、以及观众们的笑脸。奉献之心、Lyrical Lily的想法、与曾在DJ盛典“D4 FES.”中共同庆祝的各个团体紧密相连起来，终于，与新年相称的崭新舞台拉开帷幕―――。
