幸存者：卡拉延第二十八季节目的戏剧冲突性主要通过两种方式得以实现的，一是人与自然环境的冲突；一是人与人的冲突。这两种冲突不是凭空产生的，而是人为设置的，是建立在游戏规则的强迫性和巨额金钱诱惑性的前提基础之上的。 为强化人与自然环境的冲突，节目将播出的地点选在荒无人烟的小岛上，在这里没有丰美的水果，更不允许幸存者们自带食物，他们只能像当年鲁宾逊那样自己砍柴、生火、搭房、造筏，过着吃昆虫老鼠、被虫咬、受蛇蝎惊吓的生活。为了生存，参加者不得不用尽各种招数，人与自然的对立达到了高潮。由生存危机带来的冲突为节目的刺激奠定了基础。但更刺激的还是体现在人与人之间的对立上。。An intimate portrait of English punk singer-songwriter and Libertines’ legendary front man, Peter Doherty, as he plunges into the depths of addiction at the very height of his popularity.
