经历了瓦坎达、纳摩之役后，天才少女莉莉·威廉姆斯回到家乡芝加哥，再度踏上刺激而危险的冒险之旅。。故事主人翁市之宫行是企业社长的儿子，时刻准备着继承那间世界顶尖的家族企业。从年幼的时候开始，父亲就告诉他“不欠人，不求人”的道理，生活时时遵守家训。可是，在一次意外溺水，行被住在桥下荒川钓鱼的小珊救回性命，就此欠下救命之恩。为了报恩，小珊要求行跟她谈恋爱，永远在一起。行碍于家训惟有答应，自己也开始在桥下生活。不过，荒川区这地方远比市之宫行想像更为怪异，大部分居民正是被社会认定为带着疯狂幻想的“电波族”。。Roberto, a drummer in a rock band, keeps receiving weird phone calls and being followed by a mysterious man. One night he manages to catch up with his persecutor and tries to get him to talk but in the ensuing struggle he accidentally stabs him. He runs away, but he understands his troubles have just begun when the following day he receives an envelope with photos of him killing the man. Someone is killing all his friends and trying to frame him for the murders...。
