电影讲述婚庆导演包小包为拍电影孤注一掷，结果惨遭失败，迷失方向，致爱情友情双丧失。一无所有的他深度反思后决心追回，不料阴差阳错拍摄到犯罪证据，导致路途中频遭坎坷，九死一生，最终历尽磨难、回归初心，与众人携手实现自己的导演梦。To the outside world looking in, Jack's not well.
