Set caught Isis in the act and had Osiris cut to pieces, with each piece buried in a different part of the land, so Isis could ...。地球上的冰河期终于就快要结束了！面对一天天变暖的天气，动物们都欢欣鼓舞。万物回春的天气里，食物多种多样，生活无忧无虑…… 我们第一集的三个英雄迭戈（剑齿虎）、曼尼（猛犸）和希德（树獭）却在普世欢腾的气氛中察觉出了危机：随着地球逐渐变暖，水位正慢慢上升，照这个速度下去，动物们的家园很快将被淹没。于是，动物们在迭戈、曼尼和希德的带领下，又开始了找寻新家园的旅途。路上，除了欢笑连连，还有苦难多多。动物们最终能否克服困难，找到一个全新的天地？。
