一位墨西哥囚犯越狱而逃，穿越一片Chiapas丛林时与特工Lobo相遇。Lobo手上有一个重要案子，只有有前科的Julio可以帮助他，因为Julio过去有当间谍的历史。Lobo给Julio提供金钱，汽车以及他所需的一切东西，让他行遍全球，拯救大使非常漂亮的女儿，大使的女儿被恐怖主义组织ETA所绑架。Lobo改变了Julio的生活，甚至连他的名字都改成Fuego（意为“火”）。而Julio正是把这把火烧到他所到之处。他惹事生非，想法设法除掉那些挡他路的人，以便自己清洗自己的犯罪记录。。This is a story about people in love with cinema, and a country going through its most difficult times.
